ADOBE FIREWORKS
Adobe Fireworks is a drawing program for illustration design to create both raster bitmap and vector-based graphics and artwork for print and web. It can also be used to create .GIF animation files. You can also use Fireworks to create complete web layouts with javascript rollovers and animation. You can create expressive, highly optimized graphics for the web or virtually any device — from smartphones to kiosks to embedded displays. Produce websites, user interfaces, and rich prototypes that are editable in both vector and bitmap modes. Export standards-compliant CSS layouts with external style sheets for completion in Dreamweaver, or take your design into Adobe Flash and preserve layer states and symbols for animation interactivity development.
Your tutor has been teaching Fireworks since Macromedia introduced it in 1998, and presents Fireworks courses at Auckland University.

- Pre-requisites:
No prior experience is necessary, but you should have a good understanding of your computer’s operating system.

Both courses are 6 hours duration, but you can take them as:
- a 2 hour session (you will need to take 3 x 2 hr sessions to complete a level.)
- a half day (3 hrs) session (take 2 x 3 hr sessions)
- or the complete level in one day (6 hrs)

Price:
- By the hour (min 2 hrs) - individual training: $80 plus gst per hour
- By the hour (min 2 hrs) - group training: $120 plus gst per hour
